The application guide and checklist will help you to collect the information you need to complete an application for a labour hire licence.
At the end of the guide and checklist is a Document List that sets out the documents you may need to attach to an application.
The guide contains hyperlinks to information on the Labour Hire Authority’s website but if you are using a printed version of this form you can find all the information on our website.
Which application guide should I use?
There are two types of applications, an ‘individual’ application and an ‘organisation’ application.
If your business is structured as a sole trader, you should use the Application guide and checklist for individuals.
If your business is structured as anything other than a sole trader (eg a proprietary company, incorporated association, public company, partnership, unincorporated association), you should use the Application guide and checklist for organisations.
