The Labour Hire Authority's (LHA) annual reports are prepared in accordance with the Financial Management Act 1994, relevant Australian Accounting Standards and Interpretations, Standing Directions and Financial Reporting Directions.
LHA's annual reports disclose general and financial information about our operations and performance throughout the fiscal year.
2023-24 Annual Report
LHA's fifth annual report was tabled in Parliament on Thursday, 31 October 2024.
The report features a message from the Labour Hire Licensing Commissioner, highlighting some of LHA's key achievements throughout the year.
Elsewhere, the year in review section further sets out LHA's progress as a regulator, affirmed by the key data section. Other areas of the 88-page report detail:
- LHA's executive team and organisational structure
- financial statements and declarations
- other disclosures as required under the Financial Management Act 1994 (Vic).

2021-22 Annual Report
LHA's third annual report was tabled in Parliament on Tuesday, 20 December 2022.
The 84-page report goes into detail about LHA's activities during the 2021-22 financial year. It features case studies on key activities, important industry data, as well as LHA’s financial statements.
